With the opening of the new international airport at Liberia (LIR) in Guanacaste, you now can fly from many U.S. gateways including Denver, Miami, Dallas, New York, Chicago, Houston and Atlanta directly to Guanacaste. From there it’s an easy 45-minute drive to your Palms residence. Those flying into Costa Rica’s capital San Jose International Airport can connect with local commuter flights to the neighboring beach town of Tamarindo, 30 minutes from Flamingo.
