Villa #1 offers over 2200 square feet of luxury beachfront comfort. These villas boasts 2 large bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a private outdoor patio overlooking the divine views of the Pacific ocean. This space truly displays the spectacular sunsets that Flamingo beach has to offer. The beautiful white sand and crystal clear blue water is only a mere 50 steps from your patio. Upon entering the master suite, you are greeted with only the highest quality of finishes. The tall, vaulted ceilings allow for a cool breeze during the day and night as you vacation in paradise. Wake up in your large, comfortable king size bed, grab your fresh Costa Rican coffee, and walk out onto your own extended oceanfront balcony. Your relaxation and privacy are forefront at the Palms. The guest bedroom offers the same tall and vaulted ceilings as the master. Inside, you will find a queen bed, and also a large loft that sleeps one adult or two kids. This is a great space for your friends, the grandparents, or the children coming along.The loft's lighting can be controlled from up in the loft or down in the bedroom.

We are located close to Waterfalls, surfing, fine dining, beach dining, zip-lining, pottery farms, organic farms, caves, cliff diving, jet skis, catamaran tours, nightlife, jungle tours, river tours, and anything else you can imagine. Every need can be attended to with the 24 hr Palms staff on hand. We have English-speaking contacts no matter the hour or day. The Palms is committed to avoiding the spread of COVID-19 by implementing specialized cleaning procedures and following the strict instructions of Costa Rica's Health Ministry.
